Tucked into the towering pines and footpaths of Bonclarken are a wide variety of conference and meeting facilities that seat up to 500—each with its own special character. Well-maintained technical systems and amenities will help you make your conference or group meeting a success. Bonclarken’s helpful staff will assist you in selecting appropriate meeting spaces, along with accommodations and dining arrangements.

Mike and Lib Patrick Conference Room*

Part of the new lodging facility scheduled to open June 1, 2008 is the Mike and Lib Patrick Conference Room. The room features seating space up to 350, and will be ideal for group gatherings of all sizes. Full AV equipment will allow for any and all presentation types.

Jean White Room*

Located in Founders Hall, the Jean White Room is an excellent meeting space for up to 100 guests. The comfortably arranged parlor room features a fireplace, kitchen, and full AV service.

Convocation Hall

Featuring meeting space for up to 300 with a small stage area and AV equipment, Convocation is great for large gatherings. A full kitchen is available upon request.

* Equipped with special needs accessibility features including wheel chair ramps, wide doors, and other features to ensure accessibility for those who are physically limited.
