Camp Joy is a Christian Education
Ministries event planned especially for those with mental handicaps. Campers,
each accompanied by a special friend , have the opportunity to participate in
a wide variety of activities including worship, Bible study, and recreation.

Horizon, Christian Education Ministries senior
high conference, is a week-long opportunity for spiritual growth and development,
fellowship, and teaching on pertinent information from God s Word. The goal
of this conference is to send young people out into their world, spiritually
nurtured, fed and equipped to live out their faith and share it with those

Conference. We assign housing for the Music Conference once the Music
Conference staff has received a pre-registration form and required deposit.
Music/Drama Camp is a great opportunity for
boys and girls who have competed grades 2-8 to have lots of fun learning about
production, set design, costuming, and program design in preparation for a
musical production. 2010 Theme to be announced soon.

Each year the Catawba, First, and Second
Presbyteries hold high school and middle school retreats during the spring and
fall. The events are excellent opportunities for youth to grow in their faith
and enjoy Bonclarken.

Bonclarken' s annual Volunteer Work Week is a great time of fellowship, fun,
and work as volunteers are housed and fed free of charge in exchange for their
